Internal Pain

Hi I have had this internal pain for 2 days under my rib cage on the left and right upper side.

It hurts when I take a deep breath, squat down or sit up, especially on the right side (liver side).

I also have anxiety when waves of pain hit, and I don't believe it's my lungs, what do you think it could be?
