If high blood pressure, consider starting:
(1) Aerobic exercise 3-4 times per week. (2 hours & 30 minutes a week of moderate exercise).
(2) Decrease sodium
(3) Dash diet OR
(4) Mediterranean diet (if obesity, also try caloric restriction).
*Interesting fact: Eating banana's may lower stroke risk.

[Age 18-59 goal BP < (140/90]
